Since the onset of the Coronavirus outbreak, we’ve been monitoring the developments in each region and have proactively updated our measures accordingly. At the same time, we have kept our focus on maintaining normal business operations so as to ensure service levels to our customers are maintained to the best of our ability within the stipulations set down by the authorities.
At this time, we do not expect any major disruptions to our business operations. Our offices in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong have fully resumed operations. For Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, we have defaulted to virtual engagements between customers, partners and employees.
As a strong advocate of the modern digital workplace, Logicalis has put in place multiple solutions and evolved our processes, thus enabling our workforce to continue to be productive even while working remotely. This will allow our workforce to continue to be responsive to our customers and partners during this time.
Technical support hotlines will continue to operate as per status quo and you will also still be able to continue to reach your contacts in Logicalis.
With regards to the health of the supply chain, we have daily checkpoints with our key technology partners and distributors to monitor delivery lead times against orders in progress. Your account representative will be available to validate lead times for specific products and solutions.
